We collaborate with friends from as far afield as Beijing, and neighbors nearby. Whether we’re brewing with our brethren from Copenhagen, London, or Portland, the result is always something special.

Cold Room Hop Rub

A hazy double IPA brewed with oat malt, and hopped with Idaho Gem, Sabro, Azacca, and Azacca Lupomax.

Taste: Ripe tropical fruits and light, biscuity malt sweetness comes through, with an assertive hoppy bitterness rounding out the aftertaste, delivering a balanced yet fruit forward aftertaste.

Red fruits and mixed spices join in with toasted hazelnuts creating a glass full of everyone’s childhood favourite rich chocolate orange biscuit.

An Imperial Gose brewed with quince & Thai basil.

Taste: Like takes you on a walk through an orchard in bloom - with tastes leisurely meandering from a sharp almost yuzu-like quince acidity, floral apple blossoms, to sweet oven-baked pears. Balancing this out on the aftertaste is a gentle lingering herbal aftertaste from the Thai basil, giving hints of menthol and eucalyptus before giving way to the juicy sour finish.

Taste: Bringing up summer holiday memories of tropical juices delivered right to your poolside sunlounger, Moonraker 4 delivers an explosion of mixed mango and citrus character with the malt bill giving just a hint of creamy vanilla biscuit. Flavours of fresh pineapple and guava juice served from a coconut mixes with apricot to gives a juicy mouthfeel that offers just enough hoppy bitterness to balance out and keep you coming back for more.

Imperial Stout brewed with mountains of chocolate, cacao nibs, tonka beans, and vanilla for a big birthday celebration.

Taste: Sweet and sticky vanilla-marzipan frosting coats the tongue with a smooth and creamy feel of a chocolate milkshake immediately afterwards. Going back for a second slice - or sip - reveals jammy mixed red fruits and a sweet biscuity malt base, whilst a third sip transports you back to your 5th birthday party in the summer, running across the grass whilst shoving handfuls of your parent’s lovingly baked cake down you before it could melt in the sun.

A special version of our Pime Öö Imperial Stout, brewed with hazelnut.

Taste: Fistfuls of honeycomb toffee and hazelnut pralines combine with syrupy sweet molasses, layering over a biscuity malt body. Toasted hazelnuts provide a gentle bitterness on the aftertaste reminiscent of dark chocolate with a juicy taste reminiscent of cherries lingering on the palate. Jumping right in for a second sip more pralines and hints of espresso kick in, with warming hints of mixed spice to finish.
